I and my family were saved by a guy from Alabama who had a long-standing company with a lot of good people in it, and I got to work with them - a great gig for many years. One year, at our annual meeting, I was asked to run a "creative session", so I organized a 15-person band to do about 12 songs together about two months in advance... I packed up every bit of drums, piano, PA system, acoustic and electric guitars, bass, mics and stands, 'n all the fixins, in my SUV, and lit out for Squaw Peak, and we made it happen... "Dale, he was singin' with MIssy and Shan, Carter, Shawn, Gene, Linda, Steves, Tom, Tim and the Dans"... I loved "workin' for the good times that don't go away".
